JOIN OUR TEAM OF PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL, PHYSICAL, AND SPEECH THERAPISTS.
We strive to do this with compassion to help all kids be the best that they can be. EJ will travel the journey with parents, families, and communities to bring hope and guidance. As part of the EJ family, you will be working with other therapists that have exclusively pursued specialty treatment and theory-based programs to benefit the needs of children in our community.

Supplies
EJ provides therapists with supplies to complete therapy protocols and best practice standards for its therapists. This includes therapy balls, scooter boards, theraputty, pencil grippers, and any other equipment typically used by school-based therapists.
Continuing Education
EJ provides options in continuing education to meet licensure requirements.
Therapy Student Mentoring
EJ provides the opportunity for employees to mentor students in OT/PT/ST school. We have established relationships with area colleges to place level one and level two students with our company. This provides employees with mentoring opportunities and continuing ed hours.
401K Plan
EJ offers a retirement program. After one year of employment, each employee is eligible for participation in our 401K plan. EJ will match dollar for dollar up to 2% of your pay. You are able to sign up or change your investment choices at the designated time, twice a year.
